Slovak public procurement is scattered across six portals. TenderMonitor aggregates all of them and runs every tender through a multi-stage AI matching pipeline, so businesses get a feed that already understands what's relevant to them.
My favorite part is the self-healing loop. When a portal changes its layout, the system captures what broke, lets a Gemini agent compare the old and new page, and proposes a patch I can approve with one click.
